Dr. E. K. T. Sivakumar can be considered as my third brother, I already have two, and after Chandrayan I project, he has become my third brother. His service to the cause of education by way of providing assistance for education fees is highly commendable. We need to contribute more finances for his yeomen services to continue. On our part, we will try our level best.

Our friend Dr. E. K. T. Sivakumar's social services are known to me. Dr. Sivakumar is a humble person. He has showcased his love for the Tamil language and he has requested me to give an official felicitation for his World Tamil Lexicon.

Dr. E. K. T. deserves prasie and application. His father E. K. Thiruvengadam has given a great son of to this society.

He is doing good service and we all must support him. We must celebrate those who are striving for EDUCATION FOR ALL. In this he is the first among the best.

Everyone must have access to quality education. Keeping this in mind and implementing this is Dr. Sivakumar. I really apprecite Dr. Sivakumar's gesture and my heartiest wishes to him.
